What Does God Think of Adoption?

For you have not received the spirit of bondage leading to fear again, but you have received the spirit of adoption, as sons by which we cry out, “Abba ! Father!” Romans 8:15

For He foreordained us (destined us, planned in love for us) to be adopted as His own children through Jesus Christ, in accordance with the purpose of His will, because it pleased Him and was His kind intent. Ephesians 1:5
